The Glass Ceiling of Non-Christians in America

The nature of immigration today for employment is such that it creates a discriminatory environment for born-citizens in Western countries who are NOT Christians.  There are requirements for foreign nationals if they want to live and work in America, for instance, and those requirements would include a certain income level.

The pay grade is usually above what the huge majority of Americans make, which means that while Americans have a glass ceiling that they can’t pass through to get better jobs and pay relative to others, Indians in particular generally have a glass floor that they can’t go down through.  They can look down and see us, but they can’t join us.  It means that Hindu workers are up there, like doctors, lawyers, engineers, IT people, etc., and those of us without the means to become one of those professions are down here.

This creates the job environment where whole industries with employees operating below the required pay grade are populated with Christians and other non-Hindūs, ESPECIALLY those who make the hiring, firing, and promotion decisions.  And in America, it’s the non-Christian and/or non-Westerner who usually suffers in these decisions.  I’ve been there, done that on the receiving end of those decisions.

Because a lot of Hindūs work for Western companies in higher positions, it becomes VERY DIFFICULT to find jobs in which your manager or supervisor is an Indian Hindū.  I’d say just a fraction of the 3% of the population identify as INDIAN, whether it be Christians, Muslims, Sikhs, etc.  You have to wonder how many of the 3% are Hindūs, AND how many have their own businesses and/or are in a position to make direct hiring, firing, and promotion decisions.

That is why, if I had to go back to America, I would refuse to work for anyone but an Indic person (with a couple of exceptions for Native American-descended person and Africans).  Otherwise I would have to perform “austerities” in the form of being homeless and/or eating leaves and bark from a tree when the need arises.

“Vigilantism” and “Taking the Law into Your Hands” – white-man words

I have read the “Rakshak: Origin” series comic books by Yali Dream Creations. It is an Indian-style super hero comic without the cape and the fetish tight suit. It is based on a military veteran who is disabled in a military operation.

“Vigilantism” and “taking the law into your hands” are white-man words for “DON’T mess with my control over you.” You see, in a dharmic society functioning with the right mindset of right-thinking, right-action, “being vigilant” would not be vigilantism in the Western sense, and merely enforcing on the books would not be “taking the law into your hands.” Plus, with the right mindset, demons would fear and respect people with dharma and be much less likely to commit crimes because it would be seen very clearly that the SECOND someone so much as mentions, “I would like to beat you up” or “I’ll take this car,” that person is punished or otherwise taken to jail RIGHT THEN AND THERE. There would be no profit nor benefit from attempting to commit a crime.

Unfortunately, what we see today in the West is a whole society of people who allow their base emotions to control their actions and cause problems instead of using their minds to ascertain the situation and regain control over the situation as quickly and safely as possible. We have a bunch of victims who rely on someone else to take care of a situation that we could do so ourselves if we simply knew who we are and what our duties are.

No Violence under any circumstances?

You say no violence under any circumstances. That’s an incorrect position to take, a Gandhian position to take.  You must read this book about India’s freedom:

https://www.pdfdrive.com/bose-or-gandhi-who-got-india-her-freedom-e196918443.html

It was NOT because of Gandhi’s non-violence movement that made the British quit India, but the Indian military mutinies arising out of the Indian National Army trials post-WWII.  The Gandhian movement had petered out YEARS before 1947.

There’s something Indians have understood for well over 7,000 years.  Power respects power.  Holding signs and hands, and singing songs hasn’t solved ANYTHING in America with regards to racism.  We are right back where we were in the 60’s, and worse.  Here’s why – the nature of demons and their frame of mind and response to situations in life.  See, demons are materialist, meaning that their mind is set solely in the material world, even though they may worship Abrahamism and other things that is not of a materialist nature.  They see that they are their bodies, minds, hence the pride in appearance or how smart they are.  Also, they have a selfish mind.  Let me break off here and give you a story of three kinds of men.

There were three men walking along a high fence.  They wondered what was on the other side.  The first one climbed up and saw mangoes, so he jumped down to eat a couple of them.  The second one wondered what happened and climbed the fence as well.  When he saw the mangoes, he yelled down to the third man about the mangoes, and then jumped down to pick a few for himself.  The third one immediately turned around and went to his village to tell them about the mangoes being ripe for picking.  See, the 1%ers are the first man.  The government employees are for the most part man #2, meaning although he told his friend about the mangoes, he most likely wouldn’t tell anybody else walking by, never mind accompany the third man to spread the word about the ripe mangoes before proceeding to pick them.  The first two men had themselves as priority, but the third man did not.  The third man represents the handful of men who are willing to write and enact legislation to control wrong-doing, and look at the law books of America, with hundreds of thousands of pages or more on laws because wrong-doers cannot be trusted to do the right thing.  The size of the third population is why it takes forever to get anything enacted to protect workers, consumers, the environment, and so-called wildlife.

Back to the topic of violence.  See, demons will only respond when they realize that their existence is threatened in some way, because they are so arrogant and cavalier in their mindset that they DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU.  They don’t care if you are starving, you can’t find a job, or you can’t buy a house with a fair interest rate, or that you are suffering from hazardous conditions on the job.  The ONLY reason they’ll respond is to PROTECT THEIR POSITION OR STATION IN LIFE.  See, like Man #1, the focus is on themselves, and not on other people, like Man #3.  So they will appease you to protect their position, whatever it is.

Now, to say that violence under ANY circumstances should not happen is not a valid position, given the reality of life on Earth as humans.  What you have said is to offend and invalidate the understanding Hindūs have learned from studying the Rāmāyaṇa, the Mahābhārata, and one of the latter’s sub-chapter of a chapter, the Bhagavad Gītā. War is to be pursued as a last resort when all other methods of resolving a situation has failed. Think about this:

Bhagavad Gītā

8.7 More a point about what mindset to have when fightingतस्मात्सर्वेषु कालेषु मामनुस्मर युध्य च । मय्यर्पितमनोबुद्धिर्मामेवैष्यस्यसंशयः ॥ ८-७॥Therefore, always remember Me and fight (yudhya). You will reach Me without doubt, if your mind and intellect intent on (arpita) Me.

Therefore, get up and gain your glory. Vanquishing your enemies, enjoy your a prosperous kingdom. I alone have killed all these enemies earlier. You are only a mere instrument, O Savyasācin (Arjuna).

I already killed Drona, Bhisma, Jayadratha, Karna and other brave warriors. You will kill (them), and do not be afraid. Fight and you will conquer your enemies in the battle.

18.59यदहङ्कारमाश्रित्य न योत्स्य इति मन्यसे । मिथ्यैष व्यवसायस्ते प्रकृतिस्त्वां नियोक्ष्यति ॥ १८-५९॥Taking refuge in your ego, you think: “I shall not fight.” Your decision is contrary (to Dharma). Your nature will compel you (to fight).
